Fragrance Forte: banners that sell a scent you can’t smell
We work with UK fragrance retailer Fragrance Forte on an ongoing basis, designing website banners, seasonal sale creatives and ads for the perfume houses they stock, in every size each campaign needs.

The challenge
Online, nobody can smell a perfume. The banner has to do that job: show what the scent feels like in one glance, make the bottle look worth the price, and work on a phone as well as a desktop. A retailer also needs a steady stream of them, for launches, collections and seasonal sales, without the store starting to look like a patchwork.
What we designed
- Homepage hero bannersWide desktop banners for launches and collections, built so the headline and bottle stay clear of the edges.
- Mobile and square versionsEach idea was re-composed for phone screens and social, not just cropped, so nothing important gets cut off.
- Seasonal sales and paid adsRamadan, Eid and multi-buy offers, plus Meta and Google ad sets for the same campaigns.
The scene tells you the scent
Every bottle gets a setting built from its notes, so a shopper can guess the fragrance before reading a word.

Built for the phone, too
A lot of shopping happens on phones, so each campaign got its own square and mobile layouts with larger type and a tighter crop on the product.
Left to right: a range banner, an oud scent in smoke and wood, a Ramadan sale and a fresh scent by the sea.
Why it works
Short headlines of three to six words, one hero bottle and a setting that matches the notes. Shoppers understand the scent and the offer in a second, and the store stays premium even when a sale is running.
One system, many campaigns
The same rules cover every banner: where the brand mark sits, how much space the headline gets and how the mobile version is composed. New launches and seasonal sales go out quickly without each one being designed from scratch. That is what makes an ongoing partnership work: new campaigns arrive every few weeks, and the look stays consistent.
