Campaigns & key visuals

Key visual and campaign design for launches and events

We create a key visual for your launch, event or seasonal push, then adapt it across print, outdoor, digital ads and social. The campaign looks like one idea wherever people see it.

What’s included

Every project is scoped to what you need. These are the pieces we usually deliver.

Key visual

The hero image and layout that sets the campaign's look, message and tone.

Print & outdoor

Billboards, posters, roll-up banners, flyers and in-store materials, print-ready.

Digital ad sets

Meta, Google display and LinkedIn ad sizes adapted from the key visual.

Social rollout

Teasers, launch posts, stories and covers that carry the campaign through.

Event materials

Stage backdrops, banners, badges, invitations and signage.

Adaptation system

Templates and rules so your team can extend the campaign after launch.

How a project runs

The same three phases, whatever the size of the project.

1

Brief & review

The opening

You share your goal, current materials and references. We review what’s there and confirm scope, files and timeline in writing.

2

Concepts & revisions

The middlegame

We present a first direction with the reasoning behind it, then refine it together through feedback over email or Slack.

3

Final files & handover

The endgame

You get organized, print and web-ready files in the formats you need, plus source files so your team can keep using them.

Questions

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. We take on overflow and white-label campaign work for agencies and can work inside your Slack, Trello or ClickUp.

Can you adapt a key visual someone else designed?

Yes. If the key visual is already approved, we can adapt it across all the sizes and formats you need.

Do you handle printing?

We deliver print-ready files with bleed, crop marks and the right color profile for your printer. Printing itself is arranged by you or your printer.

How long does a campaign take?

A key visual usually takes about a week. Adaptations depend on the number of formats; we'll confirm the timeline in writing.
